1. Orders & Payments

All meals are available on a pre-order basis. Orders must be placed before cutoff time mentioned in home page. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are accepted only before the order is confirmed. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 24 hours. Contact us on WhatsApp for support.

3. Delivery

Deliveries occur during the specified delivery window. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are correct. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details or unavailability at the delivery time.

4. Food Quality

We prepare food fresh in our home-based kitchen following hygiene standards. Slight variations in taste or appearance may occur.

5. Liability

Pulimunchi is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues arising from consumption of our food. Customers should check ingredients and avoid dishes that may cause allergies.

6. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
