Shipping Policy

At Pulimunchi, we prepare all meals fresh for delivery. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Delivery Days & Timing

Deliveries are made on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Orders placed before the cutoff time will be delivered during the weekend. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed for the next available delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within select areas of Mumbai and Palava. Orders outside these areas will not be processed. During checkout, only eligible delivery locations will be available.

3. Order Cut-Off

All orders must be placed before Friday 9:00 PM for weekend delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff or that cannot be accommodated will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

4. Delivery Charges

We do not charge any delivery fees for orders. If this policy changes in the future, delivery fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with your order and delivery details. You can also download the invoice from the 'Orders' page on our website. For updates or queries, contact us at +91 7506657001.

6. Delivery Issues

We are committed to delivering your meals on time. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly in case of any delays.

7. Refunds for Undelivered Orders

If we are unable to deliver your order due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours to your original payment method.
